This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. winph5 enforces this requirement through identity verification (KYC) and reserves the right to close any account found to belong to an underage individual.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active winph5 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact winph5 support immediately.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by winph5 are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are met. winph5 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winph5 login credentials. winph5 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. Enable two-factor authentication for additional protection.
All financial transactions on winph5 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to minimum and maximum limits. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. winph5 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the payment policy.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited on winph5. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and winph5 ("winph5," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the winph5 online gaming platform accessible at winph5.app and any associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. winph5 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
To register an account on winph5, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.
winph5 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, UMID, or PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the winph5 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. winph5 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, winph5 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winph5 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. winph5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You agree to notify winph5 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
You represent and warrant that all information provided to winph5 during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and complete. winph5 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false or misleading information has been provided, and to report such conduct to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
winph5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at winph5's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Deposits are credited to your winph5 account balance upon confirmation of receipt by winph5's payment processing systems. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. winph5 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in winph5's payment policy, which is available on the Platform. winph5 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
winph5 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. winph5 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines and to freeze or close accounts pending investigation where required by law or regulation.
winph5 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. winph5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.
Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms — will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.
All games available on the winph5 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
Random number generator (RNG) games on winph5 use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games use physical equipment dealt by trained dealers on camera in real time. winph5 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, winph5 will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, winph5 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of winph5.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
winph5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winph5 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winph5 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. winph5 is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of government.
winph5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, winph5 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account.
You may close your winph5 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following the completion of standard withdrawal procedures.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and winph5, you agree to first contact winph5 customer support to seek an informal resolution. winph5 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted to the support email address.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent winph5 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
winph5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, winph5 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the winph5 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
